House prices in Denbighshire have gone down by an average of over £3,000 in the month of November, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in November 2022 average house prices in Denbighshire reached £209,010.

This was down from £212,852 in October, representing a 1.8 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 11.3 per cent.

In cash terms, the average house price in November was £27,540 higher than a year earlier with house price growth accelerating to 10.3 per cent in November 2022. Prices were down by -0.3 per cent month on month.
