She said: “I’ve wanted to launch a podcast for some time now, but the timing hasn’t been great. But this year, I am determined to help more people fulfil their dreams.

“I’ve seen a huge drop in people’s mindsets with the current climate. I knew that now is the exact time to get my positive attitude out into the world.”

Lisa has not only directed the podcast, but has produced it herself, while calling upon Rhyl DJ “Craig K” to help add some introduction music.

She works with women to achieve their dreams; helping, encouraging and supporting them to create a positive future for themselves.

The mum-of-two started creating positive changes in her own life after three miscarriages which made her look at life through a new lens.

Lisa also runs workshops at “Divine Zen Den” in Rhyl, which include healing, alignment, crystals, and mindset sessions.

A client of Lisa’s said: “I can’t believe the change in me since coming to the Divine Zen Den; I feel incredible like a different person. It has made a huge difference to my mindset.”

Lisa added: “I plan for the podcast to be a global hit.

“I want more people to not only understand the theory of vision boards and mindset, but also give them access to tools which are available to help them make these changes to live a more positive lifestyle.”

Lisa also created a free Facebook group called “Vision Board Lounge”, which gives women a space to create positive changes.
