A MAN from Rhyl was fined after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis.

Samuel Bradshaw, 30, of Walford Avenue, was accused of possessing a quantity of the class B drug in Caerwys, Flintshire on November 15, 2021.

He pleaded guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on December 15.

Bradshaw was ordered to pay a £150 fine, £85 in costs, and a £60 victim surcharge.

This totalled £295, to be paid in monthly instalments of £20 from January 20, 2023.

An application was made for deductions from Bradshaw’s benefits.

The cannabis and paraphernalia were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
