STAFF sickness at a pharmacy led to an emergency closure.
On Saturday, October 29, LloydsPharmacy, on High Street in Prestatyn, was forced to shut. It is understood there was no pharmacist available.
A spokesperson for LloydsPharmacy said the temporary closure was "a last resort".
They added: "We had to close our LloydsPharmacy in Prestatyn on Saturday October 29 due to staff sickness. We would like to sincerely apologise to our customers and patients for any inconvenience this may have caused.
"Rest assured, a temporary closure like this is always a last resort.
"When this difficult decision is taken, our priority is to signpost our local patients and customers to an alternative, nearby pharmacy, to ensure that they can access the care and medication they need."
