EQUIPMENT has been allegedly damaged and stolen from CPD Y Rhyl 1879’s stadium.
This is believed to have taken place at roughly 5.55pm on Monday (October 10) at the club’s Belle Vue ground on Grange Road.
Police have opened an investigation into the matter.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “We received a call at 7.19pm on Tuesday, October 11, reporting an incident of criminal damage at Rhyl Football Club, Belle Vue, Grange Road, that is believed to have occurred around 5.55pm on Monday afternoon.
“Crime scene investigators attended the football ground, and our investigation is ongoing.”

The club posted on its Facebook page on Tuesday: “Yet again, we have had another break-in yesterday by youths that has seen damage and theft of key equipment.
“We have passed our CCTV footage and the names of those responsible to the police as we look to prosecute anyone who enters our club illegally.”
