A MAN has received a fine after he was found guilty of causing criminal damaging to property in Prestatyn.
George Duffy, 30, of Leven Avenue, Fleetwood, was accused of damaging a wing mirror and the bodywork of a Renault Clio belonging to Emily Parry on St Francis Close on August 29.
After being found guilty, Duffy was ordered to pay a fine of £75 at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on September 23.
He is also to pay £160 in compensation, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This totalled £320, which he is to pay as a full lump sum within 28 days.
