A MAN from Prestatyn has been ordered to abstain from consuming alcohol after he was found guilty of drunk and disorderly and threatening behaviour.
Keith Hibbert, 36, of Ffordd Cae Felin, was accused of the following:
• Exhibiting drunk and disorderly behaviour on Llys Cynffig, Kinmel Bay on April 14.
• Using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards PCs Turvey and Ibbetson at an address on Warren Road, Rhyl on May 3.

Mr Hibbert pleaded guilty to both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court.
The court ordered him to not consume alcohol for 120 days, and pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
