POLICE officers are in attendance at Prestatyn High School, with no update as to why.
A North Wales Police statement said: “We are aware of concerns regarding an ongoing incident at Prestatyn High School this afternoon.
“Officers are in attendance and there are no concerns for the safety of any pupils, teaching staff or the wider public.
“Contrary to social media speculation, there is no evidence to suggest the presence of any weapons.
“We will issue a further update when appropriate.”
