A UNIQUE solar-powered mobile picture house is set to roll into Rhyl on June 4.
Sol Cinema, which has been dubbed the “world's smallest mobile picture house”, was founded in Swansea in 2010 and has grown rapidly in popularity.
Now regularly touring across the UK, Sol Cinema has also toured abroad, performing in Ireland, Croatia and Serbia.
Since 2010, the diminutive cinema has entertained more than 100,000 people at music and film festivals or community events, making regular appearances at Glastonbury, where it is set to entertain again this year.
The Sol Cinema has created by upcycling a 1972 caravan which was being used to house chickens on a small holding.
Artist Jo Furlong added plush seating, LED lighting and a projector combined with surround sound to create the unique mobile venue.

The Sol Cinema won a Digital Hero award for best use of sustainable technology in 2014, having previously won a Network Wales award for best communication project in 2010.
The caravan creation is small space, fitting roughly eight adults in at once, but presents a cosy, classic interior finish perfect for getting invested in whatever you are watching.
