A MAN from Kinmel Bay has received a conditional discharge after he was found guilty of drunk and disorderly behaviour in Rhyl.
Bradley Clarkson, 21, of Foryd Road, was accused of the offence on Water Street on March 26.
Mr Clarkson pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 27.

He received a 12-month conditional discharge, as well as a £22 victim surcharge.
This is to be paid by May 25.
