The hilarious footage was shared on social media on Friday night, and has already been viewed nearly 500,000 times.
It was shared with the caption: "I can’t believe what I’ve just witnessed - only in Rhyl".
There have been viral videos of tractors in the Ukraine towing away Russian tanks and armoured vehicles - but nothing like this.
