THE producers from Just Entertainment Ltd have joined forces with the Rhyl Little Theatre to produce an Easter pantomime performance of “Aladdin”.

It will feature a superb principle cast, including Joanna Pierce- Jones as Jasmine, Jordan Ainslie-Rogers as Aladdin, and Dean Raymond as Wishee Washee, and its ensemble features North Wales School of Dancing and children from the Rhyl Little Theatre Club.

Performances will take place at 1pm and 6pm between April 13 and 18, apart from Easter Sunday, when there will only be a 3pm showing.

During the lockdown period, the Rhyl Little Theatre had a refurbishment which was headed by directors and theatre managers Arlena Thornton and Danni Moore.

Just Entertainment were in regular contact with the theatre management and were planning to originally stage the pantomime at Christmas, with the possibility of postponement depending on government restrictions.

Unfortunately, as times moved on, the decision had to be made to postpone at Christmas and move the pantomime to Easter.

Producer and director, Christopher Raymond Jones, said: “One of our visions of this project is to include local children from the area to feature as our ensemble, who in every show play a key part to the production.

“We have fantastic special effects, sets and costumes, plus toe-tapping songs, and are looking forward to bringing something new to the fabulous Little Theatre in Rhyl this Easter.”
