THE death of a man whose body was found in the water is not being treated as 'suspicious'.

A body was recovered from the water near Brynsiencyn, situated South of the Menai Bridge close to the banks of the Menai Strait on Anglesey, on December 27 just after 3.30pm.

A spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "We are not yet in a position to release further details.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been informed.

"The family of the man from Bangor who was reported as missing on Monday, December 27 are being kept informed."
