A 40-YEAR-old arrested in the early hours of Sunday has been charged.
The man was arrested in Prestatyn on suspicion of drink driving following a crash and failing a roadside breathalyser test.
NWP Denbighshire Coastal tweeted this morning: "He has been bailed to court."
On December 12, PC 3153 - Colwyn Bay tweeted: "Male arrested in Prestatyn on suspicion of drink driving following a road traffic collision and failing the roadside breathalyser.
"In Hotel Heddlu he provided samples of 96 and 101 near 3x the legal limit."
