A MAN from Rhyl has been remanded on bail having pleaded not guilty to possession of a Class B drug, criminal damage to property and obstructing a policeman.
Christopher Jones, aged 35, of Brighton Road, is accused of cannabis possession, damage to an Apple Watch valued at £200 belonging to a policeman, and intentionally obstructing another policeman.
Each of the above incidents took place in Chester on May 24.
Mr Jones pleaded not guilty to each offence on June 22.
On Friday, November 19, the case was adjourned, and he was remanded on unconditional bail until his next hearing at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Monday, December 6.
