A PERSON was taken to hospital following a fire at a hotel in Prestatyn.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the incident took place on Beach Road East on Sunday morning.
The fire involved a tumble dryer, a fire service spokesperson said.
“We were called to a fire involving a tumble dryer on Beach Road East, Prestatyn at 11.30am on Sunday,” said the spokesperson.
“One crew from Rhyl and one crew from St Asaph attended.
“One casualty was taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.”
The Welsh Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
