I’M A CELEBRITY… Get Me Out Of Here! won the Bruce Forsyth entertainment prize at the National Television Awards 2021.
The 20th series of I'm A Celebrity was held at Gwrych Castle in Abergele in 2020. The series is returning to Wales this year.
Upon collecteding the award, presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly said: "Thank you to everyone who voted for I'm A Celebrity.
"It was a real change to do it in Wales last year but it was absolutely brilliant. We loved it, we loved doing it there and we can't wait to go back and do it again this year."
The last series of the programme was won by podcast host Giovanna Fletcher.
The first show of the 2020 series, which ran on Sunday, November 15 at 9pm, consolidated to an audience of 13.8m TV viewers [52 per cent audience share] over the first seven days of its availability. With 0.5m viewers watching via non-TV devices, the total reached 14.3m viewers.
The National Television Awards took place at the O2 Arena in London on Thursday, September 9.
The ceremony, hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, featured performances by artists HRVY and JLS.
