TV presenter Carol Vorderman has been delighting Instagram followers with photos and videos from her extended adventure in Wales.
The former Countdown star, who grew up in Rhyl and Prestatyn, has been staying in Pembrokeshire.
She has been sharing photos as she enjoys paddleboarding and beach cooking.
The 60-year-old has also been receiving complimentary comments on her selfies wearing wetsuits and swimsuits.
This week, Carol posted photos and video of herself and five girlfriends riding a 'monster paddleboard'
She posted: "#SUPSISTAS....paddleboarding 🏴sisters. Lyn brought this boarding monster for all of us to ride 😂😂😂😂.....love it #Huge"
On Instagram, she described the group as "a traffic warden, a firefighter, an adventurer, a police woman, an Army girl, and a big a**ed girl from the telly.
She posted: "See ya later, cariads!"
Followers loved the posts.
And TV presenter Susanna Reid also seemed impressed.
Susanna, who recently returned to GMB after a break, commented: "That paddle board!!!"
Carol replied: "It's the best laugh xx sending love gorgeous for next week and beyond."
Previously, comedian Alan Carr had commented on Carol "living her best life" in Wales.
Meanwhile, Carol's latest bikini selfie has had more than 24,000 likes on Instagram.
Commenting on the photo of herself in a red bikini, she said: "New @naia_beach bikini.....it washes well....really lazy day today....loved it #Wales #HappyScruff."
