Wyn Williams, park owner, said: “We are delighted there is now light at the end of the tunnel and everyone can start to think about being able to go on holiday again.

“We have spent lockdown and the winter months massively investing in the park with both new facilities and systems in place to ensure everyone can have a fun holiday – but an extremely safe one at the same time.”

The holiday park has developed "stylish" beach huts where holiday-makers can sit and enjoy a drink and with full table service.

Fast-track and contactless check-in has been introduced, allowing guests to check in from their cars and without the need to queue. In addition to this, self-check-in has also been pioneered for some areas of the park with contactless code access to the holiday homes.

Wyn added: “It is obviously going to be a different year this year. But we are delighted that we can finally start to welcome back our guests. We strongly believe there will be a big boom in staycations this year and we are ready for this.

“Our priority is to ensure everyone who comes to Marine has the best holiday possible – and the safest holiday possible. We pride ourselves in having the very best facilities in place and the highest possible hygiene standards.”

In addition to the new beach huts, The park has also created an outdoor bar, BBQ area and ice cream parlour, a new adventure playground and play area and an additional lodge with private hot tub, taking the total to four across the park.
