Land at (part garden of) Mount House Dyserth Rhyl.
o Erection of a two storey side extension with balcony to rear.
3 Maes y Groes Prestatyn.
o Variation of condition no. 2 of listed building consent code no. 47/2020/0409 to allow alternative roof covering material and internal changes. St Beunos College Tremeirchion St Asaph.
