A 27-YEAR-old driver and his passengers have been reported for breaching Covid restrictions.
Shortly after 1am on Tuesday, February 2, the man was stopped in Rhyl.
NWP Roads Policing Unit posted on Facebook: "The driver and passengers were all breaching Covid restrictions for which they will all be dealt with.
"However. the driver was arrested for drink driving, disqualified driving, driving with no insurance and driving without a valid MOT.
"He has subsequently now been charged with the offences and bailed to explain his actions to the court."
