A CHIMNEY fire in Prestatyn was tackled by firefighters from the town and from Abergele.
A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said the fire in Ffordd Penrhwylfa last Saturday afternoon: “Was caused by an accumulation of soot. The crews used four chimney rods and removed a chimney pot.”
