A LARGE police convoy turned heads in Towyn.
One resident spied a convoy of about "15 bikes and three unmarked police cars and a posh black Range Rover" travelling through the town on Thursday, December 10.
The resident, who said the convoy travelled through Towyn towards Abergele, speculated it was royal visitor being escorted.
However, North Wales Police said it was likely to be 'convoy training.'
They added there was a similar scene in Deeside on Wednesday, December 10.
"It is probably going on all week around different places in North Wales," they added.
