A 'police incident' involved concerns for the safety of an individual.
This was in Kinmel Bay.
A resident told the Journal earlier today (November 19): "There is something going on at the side of the harbour in Kinmel Bay. Police cars are everywhere.
"It is on the side of the Mayquay where the boats are."
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said at the time: "We have concerns for the safety of an individual."
