A VAN driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving without a license in Kinmel Bay.
North Wales Police's Roads Policing Unit tweeted that officers seized the vehicle after it was found to be uninsured, without MOT and had a statutory off-road notification during the incident on Monday, October 26.
"A quick check showed that it was SORN, MOT expired since [February] and no insurance," police tweeted.
"The driver had never held a [driving license] and was also arrested on suspicion of drug driving."
