THE WHITE Rose Shopping Centre in Rhyl is to be sold at auction this month with a guide price of £1.1m.
The 113,268 sq ft centre comprises of 34 retail units and generates a current gross annual rent of £553,143.
Its tenants include Superdrug, Bodycare, Iceland, Boots and EE, and provides a 270 space customer car park at the first floor level.
Peter Mayo, of Acuitus, said: “The White Rose Shopping Centre is located just off the pedestrianised high street of Rhyl on the seafront. It is conveniently and prominently in the centre of town and hosts a variety of prominent retailers.”
The auction takes place on October 28 and will be broadcast online from Acuitus.co.uk.
Interested buyers can submit bids by telephone, online or by submit a bid by proxy.
