A PERSON was arrested and charged after being found in possession of a lock knife in St Asaph.
This was on Sunday, October 4.
The person has been labelled a male by police. It is unknown if he is an adult man or a young adult/child.
North Wales Police Denbigh Rural took to Twitter on October 6 to say: "Horrible weapons that kill
"Please tell us about anyone you think may be carrying them via CrimeStoppers anonymously on 0800555111
"A hard call to make, but may save a life."
A spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "Carrying knives or other weapons do not keep you safe.
"By carrying a knife you’re putting yourself in greater danger, and more likely to become involved in a violent situation and get injured yourself."
