A SEVEN-year-old girl has donated 15 inches of hair to the Little Princesses Trust.
Keavy Evans cut her hair on Saturday, August 1, for it to be turned into a wig for a child who lost their hair.
She was meant to have her hair cut in March but it had to be postponed because of coronavirus.
Keavy also raised £500 and this will be shared equally between The Little Princess Trust and The Teenage Cancer Trust.
Her hair was cut by Joanne Pritchard-Lewis at Jo’s Hair Salon in Llanfair.
Jo is Keavy’s Godmother and The Teenage Cancer Trust is close to her heart.
“We are extremely proud of Keavy,” said dad Lee Evans.
The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24 years, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions. Established in 2006, the charity has supplied over 8000 wigs to children.
The trust also funds research into childhood cancers.
