WE do not tolerate 'blatant abuse' of the roads, police officers warn.
Officers of North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit confirmed another motorist had been caught abusing the roads of North Wales.
Whilst out on patrol, a driver in Penycae, Wrexham was spotted as a provisional licence holder and void insurance.
A spokesman said: "Again another person abusing the roads of North Wales, this time the driver a provisional licence holder and insurance void.
"We have warned you we are out there, this example in Wrexham.
"We do not tolerate this blatant abuse of the roads. We are out there patrolling 24/7."
Another vehicle was seized earlier that day.
The spokesman tweeted: "If you're going to drive on our roads without the correct licence or insurance then expect to be stopped, this vehicle had a provisional licence holder behind the wheel, we are using intelligence led tactics to bring the people who disregard the law off the roads."
