A SEARCH and rescue team was called out to Deeside to help a woman who had been injured.
North East Wales Search and Rescue Team confirmed they were called back to Wepre Woods on Monday, August 10 to help with a lady with an injured ankle.
The woman was carried across the field to wait for an ambulance.
A spokesman for NEWSAR said: "We've been back to Wepre Woods again today! North Wales Police requested our help with a lady with an injured ankle on steep ground in the woods.
"Team members provided casualty care before moving her up on a stretcher protected by a simple rope system. She was then carried across fields to a waiting ambulance. Get well soon."
