An ELLESMERE gym will reopen this week but with restrictions because of Covid-19.

Base Camp Health and Fitness Centre, which is based on Ellesmere Business Park, started up outdoor classes during lockdown and from Monday, they were able to open the gym doors on a limited basis, as well as continuing to run an online programme, using Facebook Live and Zoom classes.

Danni Evans, from, the gym, said: "We have cardio and resistance machines, free weights and a selection of classes, varying from Pilates & Yoga to HIIT and weights classes.

"We hope to get our lovely studio back up and functional in September (regulations allowing) allowing myself and fellow local instructors to get back to doing what we love – teaching fitness!

"All sessions now have to be booked and can be done so at www.basecamp-ellesmere.com

"Memberships are pay as you go for this family business."
