RHYL residents are being urged to be vigilant after a bike was stolen from a back garden.
North Wales Police have installed 'Bike Theft' alert sign has been put up on Ffordd Aberkinsey, after the recent theft of the blue Carrera mountain bike.
A spokesperson for the force's Community Safety Central team, tweeted: " The bike was stolen from the rear of the property, if you keep your bike in the back garden, lock it with a D lock."
On Thursday, June 18, a similar sign was installed on Grasemere close in Prestaty, following the theft of two bikes, while another Blue Carrera bike was taken from a front garden on Knowels Road in llandudno on Monday 22.
North Wales Police's Community Safety Central team are also reminding bike owners that they can request 'bike wraps' to securely 'stamp' the handlebars with their postcode.
