POLICE in Wrexham have arrested man in on suspicion of attempting to steal a horse.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team said on Monday afternoon that the arrest followed a report from a resident of an undisclosed location in Wrexham who witnessed a vehicle parked suspiciously.
Officers responded and subsequently detained a male on suspicion of the attempted theft of a horse, the team said.
Wrexham Rural crime team said enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information in relation to this should make contact.
