A HOUSE fire in Caernarfon may have been caused by a candle.
North Wales Fire and Rescue service were called at 4.44am on Friday, May 29 to a blaze at Gallt-Y-Sil.
Two crews were sent - one from Llanberis and one from Bangor.
It is understood the cause of the fire involved a candle.
No details have been given as yet on damage.
A spokesperson from North Wales Fire and Rescue said: "Please take care with naked flames.
"Crews were called to a fire in a house in Caernarfon in the early hours of this morning involving a candle.
"Never leave candles unattended, place in a secure holder and keep away from flammable items."
