A VEHICLE in Towyn has been seized while on a non-essential trip.
Despite swapping seats with a passenger, members of the Roads Policing Unit caught up with the driver, who had an expired driving licence and no Insurance, on Sunday, April 5.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "The driver tried to avoid police and then attempted to swap seats with passenger. Vehicle has been seized.
"Another non-essential trip and another vehicle off the road."
