Police are stopping motorists coming into North Wales to quiz them on their business in coming to the region.
North Wales Police officers are pulling over motorists on the A494 in Deeside, and so far have heard reasons such as 'come for a bike ride' and 'travelling from Scotland to South Wales and wanted to go via the scenic route.
It is urging people to stay away from the region.
