POLICE have told parents to 'get a grip' after children were spotted plying in a park in Flintshire amid coronavirus concerns.
North Flintshire Policing Team said children were playing on Albert Avenue park in Flint on Thursday afternoon despite people being told by the authorities to stay at home to minimise the spread of the virus.
The team said: "In these unprecedented times if you don't know where your children are, get a grip, show some responsibility and get them home, or we will.
"The parks are fenced off for a reason."

We're receiving reports that children are playing on the Albert Avenue Park. In these unprecedented times if you don't know where your children are, get a grip, show some responsibility and get them home, or we will! The parks are fenced off for a reason.
