MORE than 300 cannabis plants in various stages of growth were discovered in Rhyl.
Two men were arrested after the town's neighbourhood policing team executed a drugs warrant on Crescent Road.
Both men, who are aged 21 and 22, have since been given conditional bail while inquiries continue.
Sgt 1954 Llyr Hughes said: “Properties in all areas can be targeted by criminals to utilise the buildings for the production of cannabis.”
"I would like to thank and praise members of the public who have provided the information required for us to take this positive action. Without their help it is so much harder for us to target the organised criminals.”
"I cannot stress enough the importance of community intelligence, whether that’s passed to us directly or anonymously via Crimestoppers.”
Anyone who has suspicions that a property is being used in such a manner, contact 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
