TWO men have been charged after a another man suffered serious injuries during an altercation in a pub
Ben Starkey, of Dalefords Lane in Whitegate, and Timothy Kirkham, of Wrexham Road in Ridley, were both arrested on Saturday, November 2, following an incident at the Rising Sun pub in Tarporley.
The victim, a 46-year-old local man, sustained serious injuries as a result.
Both Starkey, 30, and Kirkham, 37, have now been charged with wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
The pair are set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 14.
