Years five and six performed a pantomime of princesses, knights and King Arthur called ‘What a Knight!’ to parents during two showings.
A total of 270 pupils of the Adventures department, years two, three and four, performed three shows called ‘Christmas Around the World’. Children danced and sang about how children celebrate at this time of year, from South Africa to Russia and from Brazil to Australia.

The Explorers department - 180 pupils from years one and reception - performed four more traditional Nativity singalongs for parents.
Nursery pupils invited parents in for fun Christmas craft making sessions, following a stay and play.
Geraint Rowe, head of learning, said: “These performances don’t just happen overnight, they take hard work and dedication from all of the children, staff, and parents helping.

"The children have had great opportunities to develop their confidence as individuals, but also to be part of a large performance team.
"Ysgol Llywelyn would like to say, Nadolig Llawen and a big thank you to all our parents and the wider community for their wholehearted support."
