A RHUDDLAN charity is getting into the festive spirit already with a fundraiser involving Christmas jumpers, seasonal songs and more.

The Osborne Trust is already spreading festive cheer alongside their year round campaign providing support and relief for children with parents battling cancer.

This year, the charity's popular 12 Days of Christmas fundraiser returns, with prizes - based around seasonal songs - up for grabs from Sunday, December 1 until Thursday 12.

Emma Osborne, founder of the charity said: "Fantastic prizes will be available each day, let’s make this year's bigger and better than last.

"This Christmas, spread some festive cheer by supporting our campaign to support children during a parents cancer treatment.

"There's lots of ways to support, you can help us by wearing a Christmas jumper on Friday 13 and donating. You can also buy one of our Christmas Ozzy & Friends Teddie range as a gift for someone and support us that way."

The charity also has Christmas cards for sale, or, alternatively, people who don't wish to send cards can donate the cost to The Osborne Trust.

Mrs Osborne added: "Don't want to send cards this year? Donate the money you would have spent to us instead.

"Christmas is a time for family. When a parent gets cancer it affects the whole family, especially the kids. We can't do what we do without you."

"Whatever you choose to do, know that your donation goes directly to one of our support programmes for children, whether it be a day out, funding an Ozzy the Teddie for cuddles or providing a journal to support their emotional well-being."
