A CHILD was hit by a vehicle in Prestatyn

North Wales Police received a report at 8.13am on September 6 on Ffordd Pendyffryn.

A spokesperson for the force said: "There was a collision between a vehicle and a child.

"This was by Aldi."

The child has been taken to hospital.

A spokesperson for Welsh Ambulance said: “We were called on Friday, September 6 at about 8.13am to reports of a collision between a vehicle and an pedestrian near Prestatyn.

"We responded with two emergency ambulances. One patient was transported to Glan Clwyd Hospital, Bodelwyddan.”
