A FUNDRAISING group delivered a full trolley packed with goods to a foodbank after hearing they had simply ‘run out of food’.
Steve Evans, founder of Belief, met up with David Grimshaw-Jones and James Lerner from The Kings Storehouse, Foodbank Rhyl, to fund the full trolley shop.
Steve, of Meliden, said: “We did this after hearing that the school holidays had put so much pressure on Kings Storehouse Foodbank, and they had run out of food.
“The thought of anyone, let alone young children going hungry is awful.
“Here’s hoping this shop can make a difference.”
Following the donation, The Kings Storehouse posted on Facebook:
"Thank you to all at Belief for this amazing shop."
Belief is based in Rhyl and was started in early 2013.
