TWO people had to be rescued after becoming stuck in a lift.

This was in a property on the seafront in East Parade, Rhyl.

North Wales Fire and Rescue service attended.

A spokesperson for a the service said: “We received a call on August 25 at 10.55am. Two people were stuck in a lift for five minutes.”

It was thought the incident involved children.

The fire service were also called to a house fire on August 25 on Marsh Road.

Two appliances attended but it was out on arrival.

It is thought the fire was electrical.

On Saturday, August 24 a small vehicle fire occurred on Caradoc Road, Prestatyn.

The fire service were called at 10.48am.

One appliance was sent and the blaze was out by 11.08am.
