Ruthin Town Youth FC
EARLIER this month, 11 players from Ruthin Town U-12s travelled to to Colliers Park, Wrexham where they were employed as ball boys for two international U-15 matches.
The fixtures were part of a friendly international tournament involving squads from Cyprus, Malta, Northern Ireland and Wales, which was played over a period of five days.
It was a great opportunity for the boys to visit the newly extended and refurbished Welsh training facility, which is due to be officially opened shortly.
The experience of watching the slick operation and seeing top young players in action was enjoyed immensely by the boys.
The Ruthin players wish to thank Andy Lewis and Mike Parry, of the FAW Trust, for arranging for them to have the opportunity to attend.
