AN air ambulance was called to an incident in Wrexham this afternoon.
A spokesman for the Welsh ambulance service comfirmed they were called at 2pm to reports of a patient needing medical assistance.
They responded with one emergency ambulance and the crew was supported by Wales Air Ambulance, which was sent to Acrefair.
One person was transported by road to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
