FRIENDS of the Ffrith are hosting their first family fun day.
This is taking place on Saturday, August 17 on the Ffrith Common Land Park on Victoria Road, Prestatyn, between 11am and 3pm.
There will be stalls, a dog show, creepy crawly critters, donkey rides, free bowling sessions, family games, Nordic demo and more.
The event is being organised by the Friends of the Ffrith as a celebration of the 10th anniversary of receiving the Green Flag Community Award for the common land park.
Denbighshire County Council have offered to open their facilities at the North Wales Indoor Bowls Centre during the event which will allow use of the car park, toilets, bar and restaurant.
The dog show will start at midday.
Categories include best friends (dog and child); dog most like its owner; scruffiest must and more.
Entry is £1 per class on day.
