A probation worker who with paedophile hunters had apprehended a suspect was later arrested herself after failing a breath test, a court heard on Thursday.
Linda Wilson, aged 38, of Rhyl, was fined £80 with £117 costs and received ten penalty points after she admitted being in charge of a car at St Asaph with a breath-alcohol count of 44. The legal limit is 35.
Sarah Yates, defending, told magistrates at Llandudno that Wilson had resigned her position and that the car had no petrol.
