When sales at Macbryde Homes’ latest development in Dyserth, Cysgod Y Graig, launched at 10.30 am on Friday July 26, more than 16 eager purchasers were already waiting to snap up their dream home.

Within the first hour eight plots had been reserved and, as a result, it has been decided to bring forward the sales launch at nearby Parc Tirionfa in Rhuddlan.

The sales office there will now launch on Friday August 2, several weeks ahead of schedule.

Between them, the two developments will provide over 100 new homes ranging between two and four bedrooms and enquiries had flooded in before work commenced on either site.  Even so, the demand witnessed at Dyserth was quite extraordinary as Caryl Russell, Sales Manager, said: “There’s no secret that our current developments across North Wales are aimed firmly at addressing the acute need for affordable, quality homes in the region.  The fact that we’d received over 200 enquiries before a spade had even broken ground further reinforced this, yet it was quite staggering to see the interested purchasers eagerly waiting before the office was even open.

“To reserve eight plots on a site of this size in under an hour is amazing and over the launch weekend 20% of the entire site was reserved!  This showed us how important it is to similarly make the homes we’re building in nearby Rhuddlan available for purchase as soon as possible too.”

Help to Buy Wales is available on properties at both sites and with each being ideally located to take advantage of all that North Wales and the North West of England have to offer, it is anticipated that the new homes will appeal to First Time Buyers, young professionals and growing families alike.

Show homes will follow at both Cysgod Y Graig in Dyserth and at Parc Tirionfa in Rhuddlan in Spring 2020.
