North East Wales is bracing itself for downpours this weekend as the region has been hit with a 30-hour weather warning.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain for north east Wales, most of England, southern and central Scotland and parts of Northern Ireland.
The warning is in place from 9am on Saturday morning until 3pm on Sunday.
The grim forecast - with temperatures expected to reach no higher than 18C - comes just days after the UK enjoyed the hottest day of the year.
